January 24th HOUSE OF PIANOS is pleased to welcome Alex Tchobanov and Oliver Salonga to share their passion for music and talent with our community of music lovers.  


Praised for his emotional energy and technical finesse, Oliver Salonga has performed in the concert halls of the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Italy, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Philippines, Australia, and China. He has given solo recitals, chamber music collaborations, and appearances with orchestra in three continents. 

Oliver Salonga has performed with Jeonju Symphony, Manila Symphony Orchestra, Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra, and Sydney Symphony Orchestra to name a few. His solo performances were radio broadcasted and live streamed at Hilton Head Classical Radio Station, WXEL 90.7, DZFE 98.7 and Dulwich College, UK.

His 2019 projects include solo concerts, chamber collaborations and masterclasses in China (Beijing's Renmin University, Shanghai's Oriental Arts Center and Cultural Center, Jiangsu, Zhejiang Conservatory, Hunan's Hongjiang Conference Center and Zhijian Art School, Henan, Guangxi's Xinbaiyi Music Group and Times Square Concert Hall, Sichuan, and Guizhou), in Philippines (Manila's University of Santo Tomas, and Iloilo's JFJC Music Institute Festival), in Thailand (Princess Galyani Vadhana Music Institute) and in UAE (Dubai Piano Institute, House of Pianos, British School AbuDhabi, Yarmouk University). Oliver Salonga received his Artist Diploma and Master of Music in Piano Performance from the Cleveland Institute of Music, where he won the Zellen Piano Prize. He also won the Gold Medal at the 2010 Jeonju International Piano Competition in South Korea. He has also gained accolades at 2008 Florida International Piano Competition, 2010 Hilton Head International Piano Competition, and 2011 Scottish International Piano Competition.
